Rooted in Mission, Focused on Growth: LCCU’s Leadership Retreat
Earlier this month, the leadership team at Latino Community Credit Union gathered at the Washington Duke Inn for a transformative three-day strategic retreat. It was a rare opportunity for the entire leadership group to step away from daily responsibilities, reflect on the organization’s journey, and plan boldly for the future.
Over the course of the retreat, the team workshopped LCCU’s core values, discussed its history, examined the current state, and set goals for where the credit union aims to be in the next five years.
