Where will I access Member Login?

Member Login will be available in September through our website and new mobile app.

Will my User IDs and passwords change?

Your user ID and password for Online Access will not change. If you decide to change one of them in the future, you will be prompted to create it meeting our new criteria.

Will I need to download a new mobile app?

Yes, a new LCCU mobile app will be available in September through the App store and Google Play. Check back for future app updates.

Will I need to be enrolled in Online Access to use the new mobile app?

Yes, to use our new mobile app, members will need to be enrolled in Online Access.
