Where will I access Member Login?
Member Login will be available in September through our website and new mobile app.
Will my User IDs and passwords change?
Your user ID and password for Online Access will not change. If you decide to change one of them in the future, you will be prompted to create it meeting our new criteria.
Will I need to download a new mobile app?
No, the LCCU mobile app will automatically update with a new look and features in September.
Will I need to be enrolled in Online Access to use the new mobile app?
No, you can register for the mobile app directly and do not have to be enrolled in Online Access first.
