2025 End of Year Letter from CEO Vicky Garcia

Dear members,

As 2025 comes to an end, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for an extraordinary year. Celebrating LCCU’s 25th anniversary was a beautiful reminder that everything we’ve accomplished, more than 220,000 members served and over $2.2 billion in loans, has been possible because of your trust, your resilience, and your belief in our mission.

Since opening our first branch in 2000, our vision has remained simple and powerful: economic opportunity for all. That vision lives on in every family building stability, every business growing, and every new member who walks through our doors and feels welcomed, seen and supported by our team.

This year many of you continued to enjoy the warmth of our branches while embracing the convenience of our bilingual digital tools. Since launching LatinoConnect just over a year ago, more than a third of our members now connect with us through the mobile app. If you haven’t tried it yet, I hope you will—I think you’ll love it.

And looking ahead to 2026 we’re excited for what’s coming. You’ve asked, and we are listening—get ready for business accounts and services in 2026! We’ll also continue growing with new branches, new products, and better tools designed around your needs.

We know many of you are facing uncertainty, and we want you to feel condent that LCCU stands with you. Together, we’ve built a strong, resilient community rooted in trust and shared purpose, and because of that, we look to the future with hope.

Thank you for being part of this remarkable community. Our future is brighter because of you. On behalf of the entire LCCU family, I wish you and your loved ones peace, comfort, and joy in the new year.

With gratitude,

Vicky Garcia
