Download the app, set up your access in minutes, and start enjoying all the digital tools LCCU has to offer. Manage your money in English or Spanish, with no lines and no limits. 

  • Social Security Number or Individual Tax Identification Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Mobile number
  • Account Number, Member number/ID or Debit Card Number
  1. Download and open the LCCU mobile app.
  2. Click Register as an Individual to start the registration process. 
  3. Enter the required text fields on the Personal Info screen. 
  4. Once completed, press the Next button. 
  5. On the Authenticate screen, choose a Delivery Method to receive the authentication code. 
  6. Provide that code in the Verification Code field. 
  7. Click Next to choose your Username and Password. 
  8. Choose a username and password that meets the requirements. 
  9. Once all required fields are completed, click the Register button to confirm the Username and Password. 
  10. On the Legal Agreements screen, Click the Accept and Continue button after reviewing the Terms and Conditions. 
  11. Congratulations on your registration to LatinoConnect.

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. In the search bar, type Latino Community Credit Union or LCCU and press Search.

  3. Locate the official LCCU app in the search results, then tap on the Get button.

  4. Confirm the download with your Face ID, Touch ID, or Apple ID password.

  5. Once downloaded, tap Open to launch the app and begin managing your accounts.

  1. Open Google Play Store on your Android device.

  2. In the search bar, type Latino Community Credit Union or LCCU and press the Search.

  3. Locate the official LCCU app in the search results, then tap the Install button.

  4. Allow any necessary permissions for the download.

  5. Once the app is installed, tap Open to access and start using your LCCU accounts.

Forgot your Username or Password?

Locked out of your LatinoConnect account? Don’t worry, we’ve made it easy to reset or recover your password or username!

  1. Open your LCCU mobile app and scroll down to select the Forgot your Username or Passwordoption on the login screen.
  2. Enter your Username and Date of Birth, then click the Reset Password
  3. You will be prompted to verify your identity for security purposes.
  4. Choose a Delivery Method and click the Request Code
  5. Once you receive your code via your chosen method, enter it in the Verification Code field. *If you don’t receive the code, you can click Resend Code, switch the delivery method, or contact our Member Service Center at 919-595-1800 for assistance.
  6. Click Next to continue.
  7. Enter a new password that meets the listed requirements.
  8. Confirm your password and click Reset Password.
  9. Return to the sign-in screen and log in to LatinoConnect using your new password.
  1. Open your LCCU mobile app and scroll down to select the Forgot your Username or Password option on the login screen.
  2. Click on the I Don’t Know My Username option at the bottom, underneath Reset Password.
  3. Enter either your email or phone number associated with your account.
  4. Click Send when ready.
  5. Retrieve your username through your chosen delivery method.
  6. Return to the sign-in screen and log in to LatinoConnect with your username and password.
