These accounts are being designed with flexible features, business-friendly tools, and digital access to help you manage your finances with confidence.
Below, you’ll find helpful information about what’s coming and answers to common questions.

Community Credit Union will offer a variety of business account options designed to support different needs, including Business Savings, Business Basic Checking, Business Money Market, and Share Certificates.

A business membership will allow you to keep your personal and business finances separate, making it easier to manage your money and track expenses. Business accounts will also include business-specific features, and higher limits to help you operate more efficiently.

Required documentation will depend on your business structure. Each type of business will have specific requirements. Please review our Required Documentation for Business Accounts before visiting a branch.

To open a business account, you will need to become a member, provide documentation that confirms your business’s existence, pay the business membership fee, and fund the account with cash or check. Our branch teams will be available to guide you through each step.

Yes. You will be able to link other LCCU business accounts to provide funds transfer service through an automated funds transfer from other business shares. *Personal membership shares will not be eligible to be linked to business accounts for funds transfer service.  

Yes. Existing members will be able to convert a personal account to a business account by providing documentation that verifies the business. Please note that different features, limits, and fees may apply.

Yes. Each business will be required to establish a business membership and pay the applicable business membership fee to access LCCU business accounts.

Yes. All business accounts will be federally insured by the NCUA, providing peace of mind and security for your funds.

Some members may need to take action as we roll out our new business account options. If this applies to you, please contact your nearest branch for personalized guidance.

Yes. Business owners will be able to issue debit cards to authorized employees to help manage business expenses.

Debit card and account transactions will be visible in real time through LatinoConnect Online and the Mobile App.

Business Debit Cards will provide   simplified recordkeeping, everyday purchasing convenience, improved cash flow management, and multiple layers of security. Cardholders will also have access to Visa® benefits such as discounts through Visa Savings Edge, roadside assistance, travel support services, and purchase protection.

Physical cards will typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Digital cards will usually be available within 3–5 business days for mobile wallet use or online purchases.

You will be able to withdraw cash at LCCU ATMs and participating non-LCCU ATMs that accept the PLUS®, CO-OP®, and PULSE® networks.

A monthly maintenance fee will apply, and minimum balance requirements will vary by account type. Full details will be shared at launch and during account opening.

Yes. Business accounts will support ACH and wire payments through LatinoConnect.
