Johnny Marcelo Ceballos arrived from Ecuador 25 years ago. Only six months later, he discovered Latino Community Credit Union. Since then, for nearly 24 and a half years, Johnny has relied on LCCU as the place where his financial life truly took shape.

By his side is his wife, Yolanda Delgado, who manages the household’s and business’s daily operations. “I go to the branch every single day,” she says with a smile. “And when I don’t go, they tell me they miss me. They always welcome me with kindness, trust, and respect. For me, LCCU is part of my routine and part of my family.”
For Johnny and Yolanda, their relationship with LCCU goes beyond finances, it has been a true partnership. They fondly remember the first South Boulevard branch, where they opened their accounts and formed close relationships with employees like Verónica, Nathaly, and Víctor. They’ve watched the staff grow, take on new roles, and advance professionally, just as they themselves have grown their businesses and their family.
“The most important thing is the trust and the attention you receive,” Johnny reflects. “That’s why people come back, that’s why you stay. We’ve grown together. Just like my wife and I are a team, I’ve always felt that LCCU has been a team with us.”
