We are upgrading our systems to bring you expanded services, greater convenience, and more control over your accounts. As part of this upgrade, there will be some service interruptions beginning on Friday, September 6th. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review the details below to best prepare for the transition.

Branches will close early at 4 P.M. on Friday, September 6th.

• Online Access, Bill Pay, and the Mobile App will be unavailable starting at 4 P.M. on Friday, September 6th.

• Direct deposits or scheduled payments will not be affected.

• Branches will be closed on Monday, September 9th.

• Online access will be available, and branches will resume normal business hours on September 10th.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Systems will become available again, and branches will reopen on Tuesday, September 10th. Prepare ahead by visiting our Experience More page.

 What can I do to prepare before Friday, September 6th?
• Ensure any payments for loans or bills due over that weekend are made in advance. 
• Download any statements you may need, as there will be a delay in viewing your statement history during the system upgrade. 

What can I do during that weekend?
Visit our website for live updates or additional information regarding the system upgrade.

Will I be able to use my new debit card?
Yes, you will need to activate your new debit card starting on Friday, September 6th.

What should I do if I did not receive my card, lost it, or forgot it?
We recommend having other funds available during the weekend. If you encounter any issues, please contact our Member Service Center on Tuesday, September 10th to report your card.
