- Log in to your LCCU mobile app with your username and password.
- Access your checking account under “Accounts.”
- Navigate to “Card Services” and select the card you wish to activate.
- Confirm your card details (full card number, name on card, expiration date, and security code).
- Complete the activation and call 1-888-886-0083 to set your new PIN.

Block or Report a Lost or Stolen Credit Card
Have you lost your card or suspect it’s been stolen? Don’t worry! Follow these steps to quickly block your card in case of an emergency and keep your accounts secure:
- Log in to your LCCU mobile app.
- Access your credit card under the Loans & Credit section.
- Navigate to Card Services and scroll down to the “Card Lock” feature.
- Toggle the Lock on to instantly block your card, and switch it off to unlock it for use.
- If needed, scroll down to the “Report Card Lost/Stolen”.
- Confirm the details of your report and click Submit.
After submitting your report, you’ll receive confirmation that a replacement card will be sent to your registered address within7-10 business days.
