To keep your personal and account information safe, LatinoConnect offers these security features and alerts:
- To meet our Strong Login Credentials requirements, we encourage you to create a unique username and password for secure access.
- Turn On Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or Biometrics, such as fingerprint or face scan, to add an extra layer of protection to your login process.
- To switch MFA or Biometrics on, simply log in to LatinoConnect, open Menu, navigate to Settings, and click on Security to view Authentication.
- Set Up Alerts to monitor and stay informed on your accounts. To access alerts, simply log in to LatinoConnect, open Menu and navigate to Alerts.
- Turn on Balance Alerts to know when your account balance changes.
- Turn on Withdrawal Alerts to get notified when money is taken from your account.
- Turn on Security Alerts to receive notifications on any suspicious activity.
- Turn on Mobile Alerts to receive all notifications directly to your registered mobile.
- When you log in for the first time, you can Register Your Device for easier and trusted access.
- LatinoConnect has Automatic Log-Out Features to help protect your account if you forget to log off.
- Manage Payments Through the App to control your transactions or easily stop your payments anytime.

- We use Smart Fraud Detection Behavior Tracking where our system learns how you usually log in and make transactions. If something looks unusual, we get an alert right away.
- We monitor online and card transactions in real-time to catch and stop fraud instantly through our Live Transaction Monitoring.
- We count on Strong Security Systems with firewalls, anti-virus software, and other security tools to block hackers and threats.
- We implement Extra Fraud Protection in addition to our own monitoring, such as fraud detection services to add another layer of security.
- We do Daily Security Checks to review web activity every day to find and stop any suspicious behavior, like hacking attempts or unauthorized access.
