  1. Open the app.
  2. Enter your Username and Password.
  3. Log In to continue.
  4. Click Get Started button.
  5. On the Personal Information screen, enter and verifying your information.
  6. Click the Continue button to proceed.
  1. Authenticate your account by choosing a Preferred Delivery Method to receive a code.
  2. Enter this code in the verification field.
  3. Click Next to proceed.
  4. On the New Password screen enter a new password that meets the listed requirements.
  5. click Next and Accept the Terms and Conditions.

Stay connected to your accounts, monitor your transactions, and take advantage of enhanced features—all from the palm of your hand. Don’t miss out—download the app one or after September 10th and experience the convenience of LatinoConnect today!

  1. Open the App Store:

    • Tap on the "App Store" icon on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Search for the App:

    • In the search bar, type "Latino Community Credit Union" or "LCCU" and press "Search."

  3. Download the App:

    • Find the official LCCU app in the search results, then tap on the "Get" button.
    • Confirm the download with your Face ID, Touch ID, or Apple ID password.

  4. Open the App:

    • Once downloaded, tap "Open" to launch the app and begin managing your accounts.

  1. Open Google Play Store:

    • Tap on the "Google Play Store" icon on your Android device.

  2. Search for the App:

    • In the search bar, type "Latino Community Credit Union" or "LCCU" and press the search icon.

  3. Download the App:

    • Find the official LCCU app in the search results, then tap the "Install" button.
    • Allow any necessary permissions for the download.

  4. Open the App:

    • Once the app is installed, tap "Open" to access and start using your LCCU accounts.

Register to use our mobile app for the first time.

New to LCCU or haven’t used our online access yet? Starting September 10th, you can register for LatinoConnect, our all-new platform designed to make managing your finances easier and more convenient.

The registration process includes a few simple steps, but once completed, you’ll be able to enjoy all the advanced features that LatinoConnect offers. Access your accounts, make transactions, and manage your finances with ease—whether in English or Spanish. Don’t wait! Register on or after September 10th and take control of your financial journey with LatinoConnect.

  • First name
  • SSN/ITIN
  • Date of birth
  • Mobile phone number
  • Account number, Member number/ID or debit card number
  1. Download and open the LCCU mobile app.                                    
  2. Click Register as an Individual to start the registration process.
  3. Enter the required text fields on the Personal Info screen.
  4. Once completed, press the Next button.
  5. On the Authenticate screen, choose a Delivery Method to receive the authentication code.
  6. Provide that code in the Verification Code field.
  7. Click Next to choose your Username and Password.
  8. Choose a username and password that meets the requirements.
  9. Once all required fields are completed, click the Register button to confirm the Username and Password.
  10. On the Legal Agreements screen, Click the Accept and Continue button after reviewing the Terms and Conditions.
  11. Congratulations on your registration to LatinoConnect.
