At LCCU we believe that giving back is another example of our commitment to strengthening the communities we serve.
Our Employees Giving Back program encourages employees to nominate organizations whose values are aligned with ours. Each year, a committee of employees selects one organization to receive voluntary employee donations. LCCU matches 100% of employee contributions until an annual goal is met, but employee donations can continue unlimitedly.
