You will not be liable for any online fraud that originates from our Member Access or Mobile Access sites that occurred through no fault of your own. If you notice any suspicious or fraudulent activity, please contact us immediately at (919) 595-1800.
In order to maintain zero liability, you will need to notify us of any fraudulent online transactions no later than 60 days from the date the statement, containing the transaction, was transmitted.
You should maintain appropriate security software on the devices that you use to connect to Member Access. This includes a firewall, anti-virus and/or other anti-malware software.
You should not share your User ID and/or password with anyone. If you share this information with anyone, any actions they perform on your accounts online are considered to be authorized by you.
Upon notifying us of a fraudulent transaction you may be asked to file a police report or other necessary documents or actions. We will help you complete these necessary steps.
