Financial Services Representative I
The Financial Services Representative I (FSR I) provides first line service to our members including the opening of all deposit accounts and maintenance functions, assisting members with basic account problems, and checking reconciliations, or errors in transactions. Handles basic transactions and balances cash drawer. Interviews members to obtain information and propose financial products based on member needs. Educates members about credit union services. The FSR I also participates in community events demonstrating commitment to LCCU’s mission and vision.
Financial Services Representative II
The Financial Services Representative II (FSR II) provides first line service to our members including the opening of all deposit accounts, maintenance functions, assistance with loan requests, and other services desired by the membership. Interviews members to obtain information and propose financial products based on member needs. Educate members about credit union services. Assists in basic loan information gathering process; serves and counsels member based on member needs and LCCU mission and vision. Participates in community events demonstrating commitment to LCCU’s mission and vision.
Senior Financial Services Representative
The Senior Financial Services Representative (SFSR) provides comprehensive front line service to include handling all types of account opening and maintenance functions, solving complex member issues, and loan processing assistance. Possesses strong knowledge of credit union products and services, and serves members based on member needs. Participates in community events demonstrating commitment to LCCU’s mission and vision.
Financial Services Officer I
The Financial Services Officer I (FSO I) reviews, processes, closes and administers loan proposals; interviews applicants and requests information for loan applications. Analyzes applicant financial status to determine feasibility of granting loan; approves loan within specified limits; ensures loan agreements are complete and accurate according to credit union policy. Maintains a loan database and monitors performance of loans; analyzes potential loan markets to develop prospects; counsels members and acts as a financial advisor. Is able to competently advise and guide further research into purchase and disposal of real and consumer property.
Manager / Manager-in-Training
Manages and supervises the delivery of all financial services to the membership in a branch office. Provides creative input about the organization’s processes, policies, and Credit Union strategy. Ensures that entire team serves and provides guidance to members based on needs and LCCU core values, mission and the credit union philosophy to meet organizational goals.
